Copenhagen Phil – hele Sjællands symfoniorkester er kendt og anerkendt for at være blandt de mest innovative symfoniorkestre i Europa. Hos Copenhagen Phil går den tårnhøje kunstneriske ambition hånd i hånd med den innovative tilgang til formidling af symfonisk musik for et kræsent kernepublikum så vel som nye segmenter. Et symfoniorkester, der formår at sætte musikkens betydning på dagsordenen gennem en bred vifte af aktiviteter til et forskelligartet publikum i alle aldre. Foruden at dække hele Sjælland med musik er Copenhagen Phil husorkester i Konservatoriets Koncertsal på Frederiksberg (tidl. Radiohuset) og spiller 4-5 måneder om året i Tivoli.

Det er en glæde at annoncere den ledige stilling som:

Kandidater skal være forberedt på at indsende lydfiler på forespørgsel umiddelbart efter ansøgningsfristen, da vi forbeholder os retten til at kun invitere et udvalg til konkurrencen.

Under ledelse af strygeorkester (uden dirigent): Tjajkovskij / Strygerserenade 1. sats

4. runde:
Kort interview med orkestrets jury og ledelse

Orkesteruddrag fremsendes elektronisk ca. 3 uger før konkurrencen.

Der stilles akkompagnatør til rådighed ved konkurrencen. Udgifter til evt. prøver samt rejseudgifter m.v. afholdes af ansøgeren.

Løn- og ansættelsesforhold i henhold til gældende overenskomst for musikere i Landsdelsorkestrene. Ansættelse af ikke EU-borgere er betinget af gyldig arbejds- og opholdstilladelse. Evt. udgifter forbundet hermed afholdes af den ansatte.

Copenhagen Phil – hele Sjællands symfoniorkester is known and recognized for being among the most innovative symphony orchestras in Europe. At Copenhagen Phil, the sky-high artistic ambition goes hand in hand with the innovative approach to disseminating symphonic music to the audience. A symphony orchestra that manages to put the importance of music on the agenda through a wide range of activities for a diverse audience of all ages. In addition to playing concerts all over the island of Zealand, Denmark, Copenhagen Phil is resident orchestra in the Concert Hall of the The Royal Danish Academy of Music (the former National Radio House) and plays 4-5 months a year in Tivoli.

1st and 2nd round take place on June 12 and 13, 2021 at DR Koncerthuset, studio 4
3rd round takes place on June 14, 2021 in Tivoli’s Concert Hall

Candidates must be prepared to submit audio files on request immediately after the application deadline, as we reserve the right to invite only a selection of candidates to the competition.

Leading a string orchestra from the concertmaster position (without a conductor):

4th round
Short interview with the orchestra’s jury and management

Orchestral excerpts will be sent out electronically approximately 3 weeks before the audition.

An accompanist will be available at the audition. Applicants are responsible for expenses incurred in connection with either travel or rehearsal.

Salary and conditions of employment in accordance with the current agreement for musicians in the Danish Regional Orchestras (‘LandsdelsOrkestrene’). Employment of non-EU residents is contingent upon the attainment of a valid work and residence permit. Applicants are responsible for expenses incurred in the attainment of such permits.
